-About Echeveria 'Lime and Chile'-
Echeveria 'Lime and Chile' is a beautiful and prolific succulent. It has a rosette of frosty green fleshy leaves. Its leaves are more densely distributed than the average Echeveria, and the tips are generally pink. However, in light and growth, the leaves will show other colors, such as pale pink, golden yellow, or darker orange. You can easily see a multi-headed Echeveria 'Lime and Chile' as its rosettes grow four to five inflorescences.
-How to care for Echeveria 'Lime and Chile'-
Sun/Location: One of the keys to getting Echeveria 'Lime and Chile' to grow and produce multiple inflorescences quickly is to give it plenty of light. Lime and Chile like to receive direct sunlight and do not need partial shade. As for placement, any place that can be exposed to natural light, indoors or outdoors, is a good place for it to grow. Just be careful not to let it get sunburned by high temperatures. Six hours of light per day is a good choice. It is not cold hardy, so if it is left outside in winter, please bring it indoors to a warm and ventilated place in time.
Soil/Pot: Choosing well-drained and porous soil is also essential if you want to have more Echeveria 'Lime and Chile' rosettes sooner. As a rule, we would recommend that you can purchase our 'Upgraded Organic Succulent and Cactus Soil' with it. Then, of course, you can mix your exclusive soil. It is easy and convenient to mix gravel and perlite with ordinary potting soil to get soil of your own making.
Watering: E. Lime and Chile' have the exact requirements for watering as most Echeverias. We recommend waiting until the soil is dry enough before watering it to prevent over-watering. It should also be watered from its roots, not its leaves. You should know to stop watering when water runs out of the drainage holes and avoid letting them sit in the water. Having a regular watering schedule in the hot months is a good idea. Tips: Don't forget to keep the air circulating.

Winter shipping
We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.
Please note that The Next Gardener is not responsible for packages that suffer cold damage without a heat pack. We cannot control the weather. Order at your own risk.
Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories
Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Alaska, Guam, and other U.S. Territories. The transit time is too long, and the plants would be dead on arrival.
Due to numerous factors beyond our control, free shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is not an option. And, we can no longer guarantee orders going to Hawaii and Puerto Rico that get delayed by more than 4 in-transit days. The buyer will assume all risk of damage when a delivery is delayed. Thank you for your understanding.
