Description
-About Echeveria Mensa-

Echeveria Mensa belongs to the Echeveria genus in the Crassulaceae family, also known as Echeveria 'Dark Desire' or Echeveria 'Neon Black Pride'. The long spatulate-shaped leaves with conspicuous leaf tips form the blue-green rosette. Leaf midribs are slightly depressed, and leaf tips are slightly curved toward the foliage center. The foliage color is ranged from blue-green to lavender flushing when grown in full sunlight. The orange-yellow flowers appear on the scorpioid inflorescence in late spring to early summer, which makes it one of the enchantingly attractive succulent collections.

-How to care for Echeveria Mensa-

Sun/Location: Place 'Mensa' outdoors to absorb sufficient light during the growing season in spring and autumn. A small amount of direct sunlight is required in summer to maintain 'Mensa's growth while need to avoid sunburnt. The growth light is also beneficial in freezing winter to keep from frost.

Soil/Pot: Like most Echeveria succulents, Echeveria 'Mensa' is also poor soil resistant as long as the gritty soil is well-drained. Mix a loose and breathable medium, adding peat, coconut coir, and granular soil at a 1:1:1 ratio. Repot if needed, and the succulent roots need to be trimmed to better adapt to the environment during repotting.

Watering: 'Mensa' s parents need water sparingly as 'Mensa' hates wet feet. Keep in mind that pour water along the edge of the pot to avoid letting water sit in the compact rosette, easily causing fungal disease and rotten roots.

It is important to us that you are able to Keep going and Keep growing without any stress about the quality of the product or packaging.

Shipping Speed

In general, it takes 3 to 10 days for plants to arrive after you place your order. All orders will be shipped out 48 hours after you place them. We ship the orders on work days(from Monday to Saturday) and all year round. In normal conditions, it will take 3-10 days for you to receive the package. Estimated shipping times are offered as needed.

HOLIDAYS: During weeks in which a holiday occurs - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc. - shipping may be delayed until the following week.

Winter shipping

We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.

Please note that The Next Gardener is not responsible for packages that suffer cold damage without a heat pack. We cannot control the weather. Order at your own risk.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories

Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. Territories. The transit time is too long, and the plants would be dead on arrival.

Due to numerous factors beyond our control, free shipping to Hawaii is not an option. And, we can no longer guarantee orders going to Hawaii that get delayed by more than 4 in-transit days.  The buyer will assume all risk of damage when a delivery is delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry. No International Shipping for now!!!
