Description
  • Echeveria Tippy is a beautiful rosette succulent with bluish-green leaves and prominent pink tips. The rosettes grow up to 4-6 inches (10-15cm) in diameter. It produces stalks of orange bell-shaped flowers and blooms in spring and summer.
  • Echeveria Tippy requires full sun to maintain a rosette shape and the ideal sunlight to receive is four to six hours. It can be placed outdoors in spring and fall to get full sunlight. In winter, it can be placed indoors in an east or west-facing window, and protection from frost is needed. Click here to learn about Succulents Summer Care.
  • To ensure the health of succulents, they need porous, well-draining soil to live in. To create an adequate cactus soil mix, add pumice, perlite, or gritty mix to regular soil to provide the proper drainage. Succulents require little watering but don't like to sit in soggy soil. The best way of watering is the soak-and-dry method. Water thoroughly when the soil is dry. Reduce water in winter.
  • Primary color: green/lime

Shipping

We pack all shipments by hand.

We have many years of experience shipping live succulents and cactus plants. We pay close attention to packing and have developed an expert shipping method. All succulents are packed and protected with polypropylene cotton (this is a stuffing used for dolls). We find this is the most effective material for protecting live plants while in transit. It is important to us that you are able to Keep going and Keep growing without any stress about the quality of the product or packaging.

Shipping Speed

In general, it takes 3 to 10 days for plants to arrive after you place your order. All orders will be shipped out 48 hours after you place them. We ship the orders on work days(from Monday to Saturday) and all year round. In normal conditions, it will take 3-10 days for you to receive the package. Estimated shipping times are offered as needed.

HOLIDAYS: During weeks in which a holiday occurs - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc. - shipping may be delayed until the following week.

EXTREME WEATHER NOTICE: The Next Gardener reserves the right to hold shipments during storms or periods of extreme heat or cold. This is to ensure your plant does not suffer while it is in transit.

Winter shipping

We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.

Please note that The Next Gardener is not responsible for packages that suffer cold damage without a heat pack. We cannot control the weather. Order at your own risk.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories

Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. Territories. The transit time is too long, and the plants would be dead on arrival.

Due to numerous factors beyond our control, free shipping to Hawaii is not an option. And, we can no longer guarantee orders going to Hawaii that get delayed by more than 4 in-transit days.  The buyer will assume all risk of damage when a delivery is delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry. No International Shipping for now!!!

4 inch tippy is beautiful

Received the 4 inch tippy in excellent beautiful condition! She was still moist from when she was in the garden! She has grown and filled out so beautifully! Only place I’ll order from is the next gardener!! Completely beautiful and came with 7 other 2 inch babies who are flowering and growing beautifully.

Beautiful and healthy!

This plant is just beautiful and healthy! It was bigger and heavier than I thought it would be, though, and somewhat difficult to plant as it needed some wet soil to hold onto! I love it and look forward to it growing. The plant was packaged well and only two tiny leaves came off during shipping. I highly recommend this seller!
