-About x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' (4 inch)-

x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' is a stunning hybrid ornamental succulent belonging to the Crassulaceae family. The long spoon-shaped thick pastel blue to mint pruinose foliage tipped with pinkish apex form the compact rosette, which grows up to 5" in diameter and is prone to generate offsets to form a dense cluster. x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' is jelly-colored and is full of fairy tale dreamy feelings. The orangish-yellow bell-shaped blossoms would appear on the spicate inflorescence in summer, adding delicateness and appealing to this succulent collective bobby plant.

-How to care for x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' (4 inch)-

Sun/Location: x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' loves light shade sun exposure in the growing period in spring and autumn to develop the pronounced color and rosette shape. A shade net or shed is obligatory to prevent sunburnt in intense hot summer. Artificial growth light is integral to keeping from frost in harsh winter. x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' is also vulnerable to breeding insect pests from winter to spring with insufficient sunshine, worse ventilation, and elevated temperatures. Hence, please pay attention to pest management during these seasons.

Soil/Pot: x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' loves to sit in an excellent permeability planter with good drainage hole like a ceramic pot, terrarium, etc. x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' loves to sit in the porous and ventilated potting soil such as blending the coarse sand or grit to the succulent or cactus soil, evaporating the moisture smoothly to avoid rot roots. Repot in warm spring to upgrade the growth environment, and trim the roots and wrinkled blades at the bottom to help x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' regenerate healthier.

Watering: x Graptoveria 'A Grim One', the same as most succulents, is drought-tolerant, requiring infrequent watering. x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' hates wet feet. The soak-and-dry method is generally applied when the potting soil is bone dry. The immersive watering method is also recommendable if placed in a ventilated and breathable location. Avoid x Graptoveria 'A Grim One' in time during the rainy season, keeping out of the rain. Be careful to water along the edge of the pot to the potting soil instead of the rosette and foliage, preventing waterlogging, bacteria, and fungal diseases.

Winter shipping

We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.

Please note that The Next Gardener is not responsible for packages that suffer cold damage without a heat pack. We cannot control the weather. Order at your own risk.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories

Fortunately, shipping is available to Alaska, Guam, and other U.S. Territories. However, due to numerous factors beyond our control, including customs checks and shipping delays, free shipping to Hawaii and Puerto Rico is not an option. And we can not provide the 14-day quality guarantee for orders going to Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The buyer will assume all risk of damage when a delivery is delayed. We appreciate your understanding.
