Cancellation Policy
1. If you have to cancel the order for some reason, please CONTACT US. Make sure to include the order number and request for cancellation. Once we cancel the order for you, the refund will go back to the original source of payment.
2. Please note that your order can be canceled only if the ordered items have not been packed for shipping. No cancellation service is offered on orders in transit.
3. No cancellation can be made due to delays in delivery by the Courier Company/postal service. However, please contact us for any quality issues due to delayed receipt of goods, and we will do our best to resolve them for you through our QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICY.
