14-Day Quality Guarantee

Our plants and products are guaranteed to be of excellent quality, well-rooted and disease-free. The overwhelming majority of our orders are delivered without any issues. However, due to the packing, shipping, and complicated weather, it is possible that you would receive live plants with some problems. For these rare instances, we offer this 14 Day Quality Guarantee to all our customers.

There are options offered when your plants don’t arrive in prime condition:

  1. Replacement plant or new package.
  2. Partial or full refund.

Note: This guarantee applies to all plants and products for up to 14 days after delivery.

Root rot( Cuttings and bare-root plants are not included.)

Numerous broken or missing leaves

Incorrect plants or products

Missing plants or products

Visible damage on pots, trays, or other accessories

Pest infestation

 

Not Covered by Quality Guarantee

Dry or wilted bottom leaves

Potting soil on leaves

Minor color/ shape differences from the image in the product listings

Assorted products that differ from the product image

Extreme neglect and disregard of included care instructions

Neglect the product description and purchase incorrect products

What do you need to offer?

Full refunds will be issued for any reason if your order is returned undamaged within 14 days of delivery.

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and any damage during transit.

Shipping Schedule

All orders will be shipped out the next day after your order. We ship the orders on workdays( from Monday to Saturday) and all year round. In general conditions, it will take 3-7 days for you to receive the package. Estimate shipping is offered as your need.
