Echeveria Afterglow is a gorgeous, unique, popular succulent that is in the beautiful Echeveria succulent family. It has huge leaves, a rare blue-green, with wavy leaves dotted with marble spots and pink edges. Looks stunning. It can reach 12 to 16 inches when mature size.
E.Afterglow, like most Echeveria needs just the right amount of light to stay happy. Full sun is acceptable, but be mindful that it should be provided with shade in summer or when the sun is fierce. They will thrive in areas with direct but not too much sun. It can also be placed indoors on the balcony or by the window to receive sunlight. Summer and autumn are its growing seasons.
E.Afterglow does not require frequent watering, just water in moderation when the soil dries out. Try to keep watering in the soil, not on the leaves or the core. Sometimes you water them, and the leaves dry out and turn brown. This happens because they don't get enough water to grow. So pay attention to how much you water and the length of light.
Echeveria Afterglow is tolerant of a wide variety of soils. Still, they do best in a soil mix for cacti and succulents or a potting mix for African violets. At the same time, keep the soil well-drained. It is recommended to add 50%-75% perlite, pumice, or coarse sand. Note that when dead leaves appear, please clean up as soon as possible, or it will affect the growth of the entire plant.
