It arrived rather quickly and packaged nice. It arrived safe and happy, I gave it some water and all was good. It is thriving now and I’m so happy with my purchase. They seem like a nice, legit company and that’s always nice to find.
Most of items ordered came thru I good order. Lovely Bear is one of the best and looks good. However, the order was not filled as bought. The Tirimasu sent was wrong and a different plant all together and not in the best condition either. From what I can see of all your offerings it seems to me to be a Lola. The plant pictured as Tirimasu is the reason I made the order so you can imagine my disappointment. This is why I gave you 4 which could have been a 3. If I order in the future I hope these problems can be rectified.
