-About Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice-
Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice is a stunning hybrid succulent ornament belonging to the Echeveria genus in the Crassulaceae family. It features plum and flesher oval-shaped pinkish to emerald greenish foliage with a powdery coating when happily stressed, forming the lovely compact rosette. The leaves have a deep red color around the apex and margin when exposed to plenty of sunshine. The gorgeous appearance and low maintenance make it gradually popular in succulent hobby plant collections.
-How to care for Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice-
Sun/Location: Same as most Echeveria succulents, Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice also feels happy to absorb sufficient sunshine for at least 4-6 hours per day during the growing season in spring and autumn to develop its optimal color and shape. Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice would be over-long and leggy stems without sufficient sunlight. A shade net or shed is obligatory to avoid being sunburnt in intense hot summer. Artificial growth light is integral to keeping from frost in harsh winter.
Soil/Pot: Pick up the plants pot or container for your baby succulent with excellent permeability and good drainage hole like a ceramic pot, terrarium, etc. Add a layer of pebbles and charcoal to encourage good drainage. Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice loves to sit in the porous and ventilated potting soil with fluffy materials such as perlite or pumice, evaporating the moisture smoothly to avoid rot roots. Repot in warm spring to upgrade the growth environment, and trim the roots and wrinkled blades at the bottom to help Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice regenerates healthier.
Watering: Echeveria The Next Gardener White Ice is drought-tolerant. It requires water occasionally and sparingly. There exists abundant water storage in the plum and lush leaves, reducing watering demand. The soak-and-dry method is generally applied when the potting soil is bone dry. The immersive watering method is also recommendable if placed in a ventilated and breathable location. What‘s more suitable water is rainwater, distilled water, or filtered water to avoid the mineral deposit. Be careful to water along the edge of the pot to the potting soil instead of the rosette and foliage, preventing waterlogging, bacteria, and fungal diseases.
