I had a mixed experience with this product. Initially, I was very impressed because the Customer Service was great. They emailed right away and asked when I needed it shipped. Their response was quick and helpful. The craft box is fairly easy to assemble, and the custom tags turned out nicely.
My main complaint is how they were packaged to be shipped. When they arrived at my door, the box was on its side. When I opened it, the only thing holding the succulents in place was some pillow type stuffing which didnt secure them at all. The succulents were tossed all over and some of them had fallen out of their containers. There was loose soil all over the inside of the box. I had to go to the store and purchase more soil and repot all of the plants. Two if the plants died despite my best efforts to repot and care for them.
I think it would help if they were shipped in a flat, like they do at a garden center, and secured with something better than pillow stuffing.
I ordered 10 plants, but some of them were damaged by shipment. I contacted the seller and get replacement very quickly. The new plant looks really healthy.
Arrived in good shape and after repotting it seemed to respond favorably. The color hasnt quite developed yet but is starting to for sure. It seems happy.
Very nice. Good quality and upon repotting, I could see the plant respond quickly, like spreading its wings in a larger home. Ots growing nicely and about 10 days after potting up, I could see just a tiny spot of new leaves in the center so I feel its happy.
