About Echeveria 'Biante'Echeveria 'Biante' is a
rare Korean Echeveria, hybrid of E. cuspidata var. zaragozae x E. laui, aka Echeveria 'Viyant', a member of the family Crassulaceae. Its Korean name is 비안트、비얀트. The leaves are ovate and plump with short-pointed tips. Covered with white powdery, aka ''farina'', the leaves quickly turn pink and red while thriving.
How to care for Echeveria 'Biante'Sun/Location: Like other
Echeveria, E. Biante requires indirect bright sunlight to maintain its color and shape form. It can be placed outdoors in spring and fall to get full sunlight. Shade is required in summer to avoid sunburn. In winter, protection from frost is needed.
Soil/Pot: E. Biante prefers loose, well-drained cactus soil mix to thrive. Creating the soil mix in standard potting soil with gritty rocks and perlite or TNG organic soil mix used in many succulent nurseries is a better choice.
