-About Echeveria Champagnes-

Echeveria Champagnes are the most carefully selected forms of the hybridization between Echeveria agavoides 'Romeo' and Echeveria laui, also known as White and Pink Champagne. There're distinctive keel and dark lines on the thin foliage, which is ovate and spatulate-shaped. It forms a rosette from pale green to silvery green leaves with a pinkish apex, which makes E. Champagne domineering but not overwhelmingly cute.

-How to care for Echeveria Champagnes-

Sun/Location: Champagne likes to grow in a well-lit environment with a greatly varied temperature difference for its compact plant type and fat leaves, so plant parents should put it in full sun to partial shade place in all seasons except for the server sunlight exposure in summer. It enjoys all-day sunshine in spring and autumn, which is conducive to its tight and compact leaves. Champagne will color faster under more sunlight, especially in autumn. Timely move Champagne indoors and place it in a sunny location in winter.

Soil/Pot: Choose a pot about the same size as its plant to control its raising, so that Champagne grows small and compact, and colors quickly in autumn. The soil also should be loose and fertile, breathable. Mix the perlite, vermiculite, and leaf rot soil at 2:1:1 to supply the appropriate drainage. Disinfect the soil before potting it up to avoid bacteria that can lead to rotten roots.

Watering: Champagne prefers a dry environment, requiring less watering. It will turn to excessive growth under frequent watering, especially in autumn and winter. Water when the soil is completely dry, or when the leaves are wrinkled. The root system will absorb water, which makes the wrinkled leaves plump.

We pack all shipments by hand.

We have many years of experience shipping live succulents and cactus plants. We pay close attention to packing and have developed an expert shipping method. All succulents are packed and protected with polypropylene cotton (this is a stuffing used for dolls). We find this is the most effective material for protecting live plants while in transit. It is important to us that you are able to Keep going and Keep growing without any stress about the quality of the product or packaging.

Shipping Speed

In general, it takes 3 to 10 days for plants to arrive after you place your order. All orders will be shipped out 48 hours after you place them. We ship the orders on work days(from Monday to Saturday) and all year round. In normal conditions, it will take 3-10 days for you to receive the package. Estimated shipping times are offered as needed.

HOLIDAYS: During weeks in which a holiday occurs - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc. - shipping may be delayed until the following week.

EXTREME WEATHER NOTICE: The Next Gardener reserves the right to hold shipments during storms or periods of extreme heat or cold. This is to ensure your plant does not suffer while it is in transit.

Winter shipping

We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.

Please note that The Next Gardener is not responsible for packages that suffer cold damage without a heat pack. We cannot control the weather. Order at your own risk.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Other US Territories

Unfortunately, shipping is not available to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. Territories. The transit time is too long, and the plants would be dead on arrival.

Due to numerous factors beyond our control, free shipping to Hawaii is not an option. And, we can no longer guarantee orders going to Hawaii that get delayed by more than 4 in-transit days.  The buyer will assume all risk of damage when a delivery is delayed. Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry. No International Shipping for now!!!
