About Echeveria 'Joan Daniel' (4 inch)
Echeveria 'Joan Daniel' belongs to the genus Echeveria in the family Crassulaceae. It has short stems and thick, spoon-shaped leaves that are hairy and arranged in a rosette shape. Under ample sunlight and temperature variations, the edges and midlines of the leaf surfaces turn bright red, while the rest remains green. In spring, it produces bell-shaped flowers with orange upperparts and yellow lower parts.
How to care for Echeveria 'Joan Daniel' (4 inch)
Sun/Temperature: Echeveria Joan Daniel thrives in sunny and warm environments but can tolerate partial shade, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor cultivation. However, indoor cultivation may lead to green leaves . When grown outdoors, shade should be provided during the summer to prevent sunburn. It is not cold-hardy, so temperatures below 40°F require it to be moved indoors.
Soil/Watering: It requires well-draining soil, with a recommended mix of peat and perlite at around 1:1. The soak and dry watering method can be used, especially during hot summers. When temperatures drop below 40°F in winter, water should be controlled.
Propagation: Leaf cuttings can propagate Echeveria 'Joan Daniel'. Select healthy, plump leaves and allow the wounds to dry before inserting them into the soil to root.
Fertilization: You can use succulent plant fertilizer to fertilize Echeveria 'Joan Daniel' once a month during spring, autumn, and early summer.

In general, it takes 3 to 10 days for plants to arrive after you place your order. All orders will be shipped out 48 hours after you place them. We ship the orders on work days(from Monday to Saturday) and all year round. In normal conditions, it will take 3-10 days for you to receive the package. Estimated shipping times are offered as needed.
HOLIDAYS: During weeks in which a holiday occurs - Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc. - shipping may be delayed until the following week.

Winter shipping
We insist on shipping succulents to our customers all year round. However due to the extreme winter weather, although we pack succulents with as much protective material as possible, plants are still at increased risk of frost on their way to colder areas. We highly recommend adding one 72-hour heat pack to your order or you can request a hold on the package until it warms up.
